5. Aesthetic Compatibility Review # 13 – Westville Homes, agent for Darlene
Harrison, is requesting the review to place a manufactured home at 110-112 N
Bowman.
6. Special Use # 174 – American Bar, LLC (division of Estad Stamping &
Manufacturing) is requesting
special use to operate a metal fabrication business at 1704-1714 E
Fairchild.
7. Zoning Petition # 203 – Charles Robinson, Jr. is requesting a change in
zoning for 1300 E Main. The
property currently has two zoning designations, the front is B-2 and the
back is R-2, the request is for the entire property to be zoned B-2.
8. Zoning Petition # 204 – Security Ventures is requesting the zoning of
4156, 4160, 4141, 4151, 4161, 4170 & 4180 Bristol Drive be changed from R-1
to R-2, to construct condominiums.
9. Zoning Petition # 202 – Carnaghi Towing & Repair is requesting a change
in zoning from I-1 to I-2 for
255 E Fourth, to operate a vehicle impound lot.
