Zoning Appeal #07-1 - Dan Brown is requesting an appeal of an interpretation of the Danville Zoning Ordinance made by the Zoning Administrator which determined that the “permitted non-conforming use” status of the use of the building at 7 Prairie as a two-family dwelling had been discontinued or abandoned and that the structure must be converted back to a single family dwelling per Section 150.112 of the Zoning Ordinance.
