Zoning Petition #208 & Special Use Permit #181 – The petitioner Solester Johnson is requesting that the zoning of 209 W. English St. be changed from R-2 Single Family Residential to B-1 Neighborhood Business and is also requesting a special use permit to operate a convenience retail shop (candy store) at this location.
