Zoning Petition #211/Special Use Permit #184 – Kimberly Payne is requesting the zoning of 1133 E Seminary St. be changed from R-2 Single Family Res. Medium Density to B-1 Neighborhood Business and is also requesting a special use permit to operate a speech and language clinic at that location.

Special Use Permit #185 - Barbara Sanders and Linda Lucas are requesting a special use permit to operate a day care center at 917 N Bowman in the B-2 Highway Business Zoning District.
