You are hereby notified that a Special Meeting of the Danville City Council will be held on Tuesday, March 30, 2004 at 6:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, Robert E. Jones Municipal Building, 17 West Main Street, Danville, Illinois.  The agenda for the meeting will be as follows:

4.      Ordinance:  Repealing Ordinance No. 8332 (correcting sales tax ordinance)

5.      Ordinance:  Imposing a Tax on Food Prepared for Immediate Consumption and on Alcoholic Beverages (2% food and beverage tax)

6.      Ordinance:  Amending Chapter 116 Pertaining to Licensing and Taxation        (4% increase in liquor tax)

7.      Ordinance:  Imposing Motor Fuel Tax (1 cent/gallon gas tax)

8.      Adjournment
