  • Private development plan review
  • Coordinate with all State and Federal Agencies
  • Develop long-term infrastructure improvements
  • Develop policies and procedures related to the use and modification of public infrastructure
  • Perform local bridge inspections
  • Maintain records of easements, alleys, and other public rights of ways
  • Coordinate with all utilities and other issues relating to right-of way uses & conflicts
  • Issue necessary permits and perform inspections
  • Prepare NPDES Phase II Storm water Plan and all other documents to comply with outside mandates.
