City of Danville Government
The City of Danville is an Aldermanic form of municipal government with a Mayor elected at large and a City Council of 14 Aldermen representing 7 wards. The day to day administrative duties are entrusted to the Mayor and the City Council is the legislative body adopting resolutions and ordinances.
