Reporting directly to the Mayor, this group is composed of:

City Clerk
Handles licenses, event permits, special permits, agendas, minutes, FOIA requests, documents

Finance 
The finance department processes payroll, citizen transactions, billings, purchases, accounting, budgeting

Human Resources
Human resouces handles personnel issues inlcuding employment for the City.

Human Relations
Helps with citizen concerns, sexual harrassment, equal opportunity, and social service coordination

Information Technology 
Provides technical support for all of the City departments, networking, email, web services

Legal Department 
Corporate Counsel, real estate, night-court, fines
